Tracking Vehicle Builds Many questions are coming in asking if there is a way to track the build of your new vehicle. Company Car doesn't have a way to track orders. If you haven't received your vehicle after 8-12 weeks, which is the normal delivery time, then contact Company Car (800-481-6736) for assistance. |

Used Cars
at Lapeer Road Marshalling Center |
Any Chrysler Group retiree,
active employee, friend (with proper sponsorship) or supplier (with
appropriate identification and vendor number) is eligible to purchase
used company cars from the Lapeer Road Marshalling Center. There
are a number of ways to look over the available inventory:
- Visit Lapeer Road to view the vehicles on the lot. Clickhere for
directions.
- Call the Marshalling Center at (248)754-1001 and ask for
the Sales Department. Inquire with Sales whether a particular
model is available on the lot.

The Product Quality Research Center |
| The Product Quality Research Center (PQRC) was established to identify vehicle issues using a dealer type setting. PQRC performs all types of vehicle repairs
including regular maintenance (except body damage and paint). Our services are offered to both On-Roll employees and Chrysler Retirees who are active participants in the Company Car Program.
